Macayo’s Guacamole
Our Macayo’s guacamole has been a favorite for many years. From day one, we have focused on sourcing and using beautiful, ripe avocados from Mexico, along with the the freshest ingredients available, to provide delicious, family-style guacamole. Everything is created in-house every morning so that each table can enjoy guacamole straight from kitchen – we never compromise, so you know that you can always enjoy that fresh, classic flavor.
Our guests have always asked us for the recipe, so finally, here it is! Whip up a margarita and gather around friends and family to enjoy guacamole that will become everyone’s favorite for years to come.
Guacamole Recipe
- 4 avocados from Mexico
- 2 tsp serrano chiles
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic cloves, finely diced
- .5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp red onion, 1/4″ diced
- 2 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
- Pico de gallo for garnish
- Shredded Jack cheese for garnish
